Approval for CSC->NSC Case ONLY

Further Review

I had an infopass appointment two weeks ago and IO said, she will find out the status with NSC and inform me. Today I got a letter from her on official stationary of USCIS that NSC service center indicated that my application needs further review and if I don't get approval in 180 days, I need to call customer service.

Yesterday when I called NSC directly, IO said that my case is in staging area waiting to be assigned to an officer.

So, don't know what to conclude from all this.
 
I don't know what they are working on My PD is April 2 2002 and CSC -> NSC is Feb 20 2007. No movement at all. The officer yesterday told me that my case under Intensie review. Doesn't understand what the hell that means. Veyr frustrating. The breaking news in immigration law today says the visa # would be exausted even before 2nd July. So literaly we have tomorrow and Friday........ How ridiculaous is this. In the mean time all new applications will start flodding in. No rules nothing. All they need is money.... and do what ever they like...

Congratulations to the ones who have got their approval!!
I'm also one among you waiting forever. My case was transferred to NSC on march 2, 2007. I had a LUd on 4/4/07 after which nothing's happened. I've called the 1-800 & nothing has happened. My name check was cleared June 21, 2006.
Does Infopass work at all???

I finally got my card today. Mine is also transfer from CSC to NSC.

I have exactly the same dates as you.
PD:April 02,2002 (04/02/2002)
485 RD: 05/11/2005
CSC to NSC Transfer Date : 02/14/2007

I have not heard any thing yet :(

One question though. When did you get the approval email?
 
I just spoke to the IO today

I hope you guys could help me lessen my anxiety.

My LUD to an RFE was June 20, 2007 and the IO in NSC informed me that my case is assigned to an IO. What does this mean?

I called up today again...They said my case is still in transit....
I'm getting anxious..
God give all of us a break....
 
Today i spoke to a nice lady at NSC she took my receipt number and was checking for a minute or two and mentioned all checks are done and it is in self waiting for officer. She mentioned that they are processing cases by RD not PD.

Thanks for the tips.. but after pressing the last 1, the automated message says that your case has been pending at nsc....pl allow 180 days from DATE OF TRANSFER before inquiring....."

All further options do not take to a rep...except for address change or for the 'if you have a problem (emergency)..

How to get an officer to speak with ?

Unfair Treatment of Transferred cases

Guys,

I see the approvals of directly filed cases at NSC which are beyond my PD/RD. What's going on? It's totally unfair.:(
 
update

I just tried infopass for the 1st time as i really wanted to know what was going on. The lady was quite helpful but was not useful because she said nothing could be done because the file was not here physically in California. She herself was surprised as to why my application was not approved becasue she said that everything looks good in my file. She wanted me to contact the Nebraska center. I asked for that number and what she gave me as the 1-800-375-5283 number and i'm not able to get to a live person at all. It is asking me to call betn 8 - 6p.m. even though it is just 2p.m. (PST).
