I feel people at CSC are much more willing to help than the 1800 representatives. Besides, they have access to your information. I think you can try. Don't just say you want a status enquiry. You may describe a little bit about your situation and your worry. Based on my experience, they are quite understanding. Good luck.

My husband's case was approved on May 9th, mine is not. Our cases were transfered from CSC to NSC on March 2rd. Here is the details:

PD 3/2002, EB2-RIR
140/485 10/2004
140 AD 4/2005
Stuck in name check since 1/2005
FP1 11/2004 code 1
FP2 10/2005 code3
FP3 3/20/2007 code1
485 transfered to NSC 3/2/2007, LUD 3/11,4/4
Primary 485 AD 5/9/2007.

Card received yesterday.

may i ask if these luds are yours or your husband's?
i got luds on 3/2 and 4/4, Fp code 1 and still namecheck is pending:(

I am surprised that you did not ask your attorney about the source of his information. How did he figure out that your case is back in CSC?

I have a similar situation where my case got transfered to NSC in March 2007 and then there was an LUD while at NSC in April 2007. But nothing since then except a courtesy notice saying that my case is alive and well at NSC.
