This is an amazing one guys. I had setup MINI in the tracker a few weeks back based on info he sent me. Well he sent me an email saying he got his I-485 approval in the mail.

This person filed 485 in February of this year, got FP done on 03/09/2002 and already has approval.

The following is not to detract from the approval but ...

It seems to me the F**KING FP National Scheduler is the freakin problem. Seems TSC probably is approving based FP done date (starting in February) and probably clearing out the cases before that with a separate team. But, come on all those who applied last year and don\'t have FP yet are being hurt by this. I hope to God that somehow this scheduler start sending out FP notice for all those that applied last April/May/June soon.
 
Can you verify with him if he is not talking about EAD or AP approval?

I know there is remark that AP and EAD not approved yet. But that may be an old remarks.
 
My approval notice might show up in my mailbox today.

Anyway, I will be very happy if I would get my approval in 6-8 months. Waiting for an approval from TSC is an adventure! We have experienced ups and downs. Let\'s see who hits the jackpot next time. RD 1/8/02, FP 3/8/02.
 
Yeah, I do think that all those 2002 filers have had the luck to get their FP

scheduled will be approved soon. May be in a month or so. Good luck guys and pray for my FP scheduling.
 
I have a friend who filed AOS in March \'02 and received FP notice from TSC.

He got EAD in about one month. But TSC lost his wife\'s photos for EAD.
