Just recd emails from USCIS re the approval of I-485 for my wife and me. I feel really relieved. Hope that all waiters get to experience this moment soon. Below are my details.

EB-1/India
I-140 ND: Jan 2001
RFE: Jan 2002
I-140 approval: March 2002
I485 ND: June 2002
FP: July 2004
I-485 approval (by email): September 2004

Congratulations, One question please did they approve your case 8 months after acknowledging recieving the RFE?

the RFE was for my I-140; I did not get any RFEs for 485.
