Extremely happy to announce that our GC got approved.
Here are the details:
PD Jan 99 EB2 RIR INDIA
Labor Approval: Nov 99
I-140 Approval: May 2000
RD June 16th 2000
ND June 30th 2000
FP April 13th 2001
RFE August 3rd 2001 (regd Employment letter. Delayed sending yellow form)
Approved August 22nd 2001

Are you able to give some details about the reference letter? You did not send the yellow form in until INS send you the reference letter? Thanks!

My LIN# is LIN-00-200-*****
My FP location is Detroit.
I did not send my yellow form earlier because my attorney asked me not to. The reason was there was some confusion about my format of the employment letter. But I finally sent the letter and also the RFE.
