Approval and H-1.

My RD 6/22/01, ND 71/6/01, and FP 1/21/03 and I am still waiting for the miracle to happen. I have never used AP and EAD during I-485 stage. Travelled using H-1 and also applied H-1 extension (same company) once. Was any lucky guys who got approved lately in the same situation, i.e., always in H-1 status?

just got approved recently....src01231... approved jan 31 04.


i have been on H1 same co. - filed for extn twice - though i did have 3eads but never used it.

i think you should get yours soon too - good luck and good wishes
