approval after responding RFE

Hi,
I responded I-140 RFE in 10/12/2004 and LUD was updated in 10/18, saying "received RFE ....". Since then, nothing happened.
The RFE is a kind of big regarding my EB1-OR qualification.
I know that that kind of RFE is not simply reviwed by INS officer.
I searched couple of cases (approval) after responding RFE and I found there is a big range from 1 week to even more than a year. I believe it is depending on RFE.
I guess that in general, RFE like ability to pay or W-2 etc is relatively easy one for INS to decide approaval.
Can you guys tell me how long I need to wait for the decision?

i am waiting for a month now. REF was about ability to pay and w2s. lawyer sent a month back but since then no new. LUD changed once but thats it.

i called my lawyer again and she said INS sent 2nd REF. they were not happy with ability to pay letter.

but lawer told me not to worrey .. 2nd REF was just a minor query

mine:

got a query on ability to pay(company finacial documents) and w2 of all 3 yrs of mine(2001-2003)
INS received the response on NOV23 rd 2004 LUD changed once that's it

NO ACTION--TODAY IT IS ALMOST CLOSE TO 4 WEEKS(2 DAYS SHORT)
Any suggestion????
