Approval after re-FP in May/June

I gave my SSN. Thats it. Its batter to keep EAC#.

Ask FBI that you want to verify your FP result. Make sure you tell that you gave your FP for an "Adjustment of Status".

You need the A # from your 485 application (prefered) but Last Name and First Name will also work.

Should we call national FBI office at Washington DC or local FBI office? What is the number with 304 area code?

I called FBI at 304-625-5590. I was told that my FP was cleared at the same day as I did FP (6/30/03). They sent the result to vermont service center. But strangely so far the online message still didn't update.

Anyway it is good to know that everything is fine. What can I do next? Just be patient and wait for the approval.

What did you do next? Have you contacted Charlotte ASC to find out whether they received your FP results and got it forwarded to VSC?

I just called FBI # 304-625-5590 and they said FP results of mine & my spouse have been sent back on 6/18 & 6/20 respectively. But they have sent it to TSC and he also said it does not matter where they have sent it, as all the Service Centers are connected. The FP results are visible to all Service Centers.

I didn't do anything yet and not sure what I can do also! I may call FBI again and request them to forward it to VSC (if they can).
 
Ok, I've called FBI again to request to send it to VSC but they can't do that as BCIS Charlotte, NC asked them to send it to TSC. They told me to contact INS(!!!). Anyway, I am not going to do anything now as same thing happened for skaus2001 also.

2nd FP: 05/03/2003, online message was updated on 05/07/2003 saying processing has been resumed.

I called BCIS twice, since my case has exceeds 19 month limit, they said they would send a inquiry to Vermont certer, and I should get some answer in 3 - 4 weeks. So far, no mail yet.

Very frustrated now:D :D :D
