just got the email about my 140 approval after 20 months waiting. no rfe. hopefully get 485 approval soon.

140 RD: 11/13/02, NIW
140 AD: 07/01/04

Did you initiate any enquiry? or was it of its own...Miracle, my friend.!!!!
 
What is ur. FP status ?

If ur. FP is done, it may mean that TSC is picking up those 140s where FP is done so they can clear the 485 too ? I sure hopw this is the case.

FP was done in 06/27/03. I also found my 485 LUD changed to 07/02/04 as 140's.

Hi Everyone,

Please update if anyone has any information on anybody who filed 140 during Apr-May-Jun'03, got approved recently. Though USCIS shows 5/12/03 for 140, but not seen things moving..
