Hi Friends,

AT last our CAse got approved on Firday the 13 Feb 2004,

It's a long journey...I started in June 2000, Labour approved in 3 months but I-485 took 11 months. I am suppossed to go to BCIS tommorrow for my Interim EAD, by God's grace our i-485 got approved.

I-485 RD Nov 5 2001 ND Dec 5 2001
2 FPs 2nd FP Sep 2003
RFE for EMployement letter & 2 yr Tax documents Dec 4 2003
RFE RD date 15 Dec 2003
Approved Feb 13 2004

Friends What are the procedures for I-485 stamping. Can we go any day and need to go as early as 6:30

Congratulations on your approval. Your dates are same as mine. Why you want to go early and stand outside in such frigid temperatures? If I were you, I will go in the afternoon. For stamping, take all the documents mentioned in your notice. All the best.

1. Can I apply for my wife's 485 after applying for my 140-485
Concurrently?
Are there any issues doing so?

2. Do I need to have ITIN # to apply her 485 or for the Medical
Exam?

OMGV!!!
I intiated a status update through local senator in September. I think that issued me 2nd FP. and in December Senator did another status query and it gave me the RFE and this months senator office did another and hopefully I got approval last week
