Thanks to all of you that congratulated me for my approval.

To answer some of your questions:

1. My receipt number is EAC-03-008-5xxxx. My category is EB3.
2. I did not get any RFE. i am actually with the same employer throughout the process.
3. I did my first FP on November 2003, so i thought i will be one of the last September 2002 filers to get approved. Well i was wrong.
4. I got my second EAD and AP approved on November 2003.
5. I did not do anything special to deserve it. As some here said i was just a lucky bustard. I am usually not the lucky type.


I pray for all of you 6.2 million pending cases. Especially for those who attend this forum.

mine is eb-3

r.d.- september 16, 2002
f.p.1- october, 2002
ead1-january 21, 2003
2nd ead- r.d. september 29, 2003, still pending
interim ead- december 31, 2003
how i wish mine is few weeks from now.
