i have a brother in US as a visitor, but is in overstay and my another brother is applying for a visit visa to US in febreuary.
Will one brothers overstay another brother's entry

My brother who is coming on a visit became concerned about it only when he was filling the form and was asking me whether to check for yes or No.

any kind of suggestion is highly appreciated

If you sponsored your first brother to come, and you are sponsoring this other brother, then yes.

Otherwise, probably not.

PS: send your overstay brother home. We have enough illegal immigrants already.

Your overseas brother needs to mention all his relatives that are in the US, including the brother who is illegal. No one can predict whether it will affect your overseas brother's chances.
