HI!! I had a couple questions and hope those of you with more experience can help 
My husband recently immigrated here on a conditional marriage based green card. Our 2nd anniversary is at the end of August, so we need to have the condition removed before then. Do you know what format the affidavits of relationship validity should be in?? Also, since we just got to the US, we dont have much evidence. We are currently staying with my mom, so we dont have a lease or anything like that. We just have my daughter's birth certificate, a joint bank account we just opened, pictures, and the affidavits. Will this be enough??? Also, what is likelihood of having to do an interview?? We were planning to return to China to finish getting our affairs in order.
