Applying TN at Pearson Airport

Has anyone applied TN at Toronto Pearson Airport in the past three months?
Can I fly to Canada and then leave Canada the next day by flight?

You can leave an hour later if you wish, and apply as you leave. Nothing has changed.

That's good since no quarantine is required in both Canada and the US.

I assume no appointment is need? I know things have changed since COVID-19....

No no appointment is need. you wait in line to talk to the CBP agent tell them you have a TN-1 application. They escort you to secondary and you wait to be called by the visa agent you get approved and pay the $50.
