Applying through a lawyer

Friends/Experts,

I'm thinking of applying my application thru my lawyer rather than applying by myself. I am probably paranoid as I have some issues with my entry / exit on the passport & with the timely notification of AR11 (address change) .

Although these issues might seem trivial , because of me being paranoid I am contemplating to apply thru lawyer who might help or point me in the right direction for these issues..

My question (again paranoid) ,will applying thru a lawyer have any negative impact on my case ..like more delay or more questions or anything you guys can think off..I know i have to spend money but its a one time deal & my lawyer really helped me during my green card..

no , but to add some more to your paranoia some lawyers are known to F@#k up ;-)

Folks,

But , as I mentioned I had a good lawyer during my green card processing. So still, with a good lawyer is there anyting I should be concerned about.

yes . infact applying thru good lawyer has many benefits. first one being that you will have right paper work at righ time unlike when u apply on your own u don't know many times how and when to do. but you have to find good lawyer. there were many things i didnot know but since i did it thru my lawyer I had no tension. hire an attorney who has done this and has good reference. hope this helps
