Applying Naturalization for entire Family.

Awaiting approval

If I'm applying for naturalization for entire family, I file N-400 for myself and my wife. And for minor children we file N-600, correct?

If the above information is correct, do we file N-600 together with N-400 or do I have to wait till our applications are approved and then apply for kids?

You don't file anything for your children. After you and your wife get naturalized your children are automatically US citizens and you just need to get a US passport for them. You can apply for their passports at the same time as you apply for yours. Your children should be green card holders under the age of 18 and living with you.

Wait, wait, wait. Yes, you don't need to file anything for your children to obtain citizenship. Once you or your wife naturalize and they become citizens automatically you might consider applying for N-600 as well as passport book and passport card to have multiple proof of citizenship. Anyway, do the passports (because it is easier and faster) and then if you consider it useful you can do the certificate of citizenship with N-600 concurrently.

Yes, it is 90 days before the 5 years after GC, but I would go with 85 days to be on the safe side.
