Hi,
1. My wife is working for a firm in bombay and they are doing her L1 B and they told it will take 4-5 weeks for the process in last month. Now they are saying it will take 2 more months..I want to know..normally if company is applying in L1-b, how long is the normal duration for the process and how exactly this thing works out?
2. If I want to apply for H4 visa at the same time for safety/backup plan, does that will affects her L1-B visa processing?
3. I'm from bombay and got married last month. If I'm applying for H4 from bombay, is there any compulsary rules for name change or go through any procedure for H4 visa in passport change?? If I don't changed anything in passport, should it be fine?
4. Jumping from H4 to H1 or L1 to H4 does not require to leave country and come back? (Any changes in rules in last couple of months????)
