Applying I-140/485 - Service Centre?

Hi,
I need to know for a preapproved sub-labor from IL State. But the company's main office located in North East. And can we apply for I-140/485 in Vermont or Nebraska? What are pros or crons ? To avoid RFE's or risk's which service centre is better for applying I-140/485 ?
Please advice gurus.

Jharkhandi, What r the implications involved with company's tax were filed from Main Office and i am working at North East and applied GC for future employment ?
