I am planning to apply GC for my Brother and Sister.
My Brother is 44 and has two childern: son(16) and daugther(14).
My Sister is 40 and has three childern: Daughter(20), Daughter(16) and Son(11).
In this situation my Question is:
AFTER I APPLY GC(I-130) FOR MY BROTHER AND SISTER AND THE APPLICATION IS IN PROCESS, IF I NEED TO APPLY FOR VISITORS VISA FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE BROTHER's OR SISTER's FAMILY OR ANY OF THE CHILDREN OF MY SIBLINGS WANT TO APPLY FOR STUDENT OR ANY OTHER KIND OF US-VISA. WILL THERE BE PROBLEM WITH THAT BECAUSE THE I-130 PROCESSING IS GOING ON ??????????
