Hi...
My H1 visa transfer is in process and got INS receipt for the same. Can I apply for H4 visa for my wife using current visa stamping (old emplyer's) and a letter from the current employer and INS receipt number for the transfer ? or Need to wait till the transfer get approved and stamped in my passport ?
