Applying GC Thru Perm

I was with Company A from past 3 years and i just joined another company.
They want to file my GC i have a question regarding my salary.I came to US in Sep 2002 and I dont have my W2 for 2002 .I have all my w2 from 2003 till date.
Does this might be a reason for rejection through PERM.

NO PERM is for your future job.
