Applying for wife's visitor visa whenI am on B1

I will be in US for 3 months on B1. Is there a possibility of my wife getting rejected in her visa interview if she applies for visitor visa?

Alternatively, how can I bring her to be with me while I am in US for 3 months?

Usually B1, the guarentee you go back to your home country is your family being there.

If your family is with you in US, you never going to go back.
