My husband is applying for an extension of his visa H1 and I need to extend my H4 as well. I am a Canadian citizen. I want to know if I can just take his H1 approval along with my mariage certificate and apply at the border on my way back from Canada? I thought people in this forum should know since you all apply for your TN-TD status at the border....
