I am planning to apply for US Citizenship (completed 5 years).
At present, I am on unemployment benefits without a job.

Question is, can I apply for US Citizenship, if so will this impact any of my chances.
----Yes you can.Employment is not requirement for US citizenship. Many those who never worked got US citizenship.
