Applying for Travel Document after 3 months of Asylum Grant

I like to apply for refugee travel document to travel to India and I got my asylum approved 3 months ago from a Judge.
I have been in the country for about 7 yrs and have never filed any taxes cos before my asylum grant, I didn't have valid legal status.

Can I be questioned by Immigration official at the POE at my city here when I return back from India like not paying tax . Wil the know my past or just know that I have asylum status?

Also, Is it too early to file for TD cos I got asylum just 3 months a go?

I am aware that I can only apply for green card only after being physically present in the US for 12 months after grant of asylum. By the way, India is not my COP, mine is Tibet (China)

Pls tell me what I should do.

You can definayely apply for RTD to travel without any problem. At POE they are not concerned whether you paid your taxes or not. They are concerned whether you are admissible to the country.
