Applying for tn

I received my tn letter a few weeks ago, it has a 1-866 call back number signed by HR.

i checked with a few people some say it is ok , some say you will be turned and asked to get a regular 10 digit number.

Just wondering if someone is actually been in this situation if anyone can let me know it will be appreciated just a bit freaked out

Don't worry. I recently got the TN visa. When applying, I asked the officer to call my employer to discuss the issue about multi-year visa, and she said they usually did not call the employers. Just let you know.

jonathand, sorry a little late, but my answer does not very helpful, because the phone number in my letter is not 800 number. I think it is not so important. In fact, they asked me to let our HR to fax a piece of information to them when I was applying for TN at POE last time. So do not worry about that.
