My current EAD expires on March 19th. My employer/lawyer delayed the application for renewal and filed it on Jan 17th (only 61 days ahead of the expiration date). To make things more complicated TSC had transferred my applucation to VSC. VSC had received the appliation on Feb 17th ( 30 days ahead of expiration).
Assuming that my renewal application will not be processed by March 19th, Is there a way to get a temporary extension of EAD before March 19th?
Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
