Our family is granted green cards (wife, 3 children, and self). My oldest child is currently residing in the US. The second will move next year for college. My youngest is still in high school, and so we will not move to the US until he graduates (in 2 years).
I am planning to apply for reentry permit / form I-131 so that I dont have to travel to the States until we're ready to move (in about 2 years). I'm planning to visit my daughter in the States in 3 weeks. Can I have her submit a re-entry permit for all 4 of us while we have yet to arrive in the States?
