Hi all:
I had a question, I landed a few years ago and I qualified to apply for the PR card now. I wanted to find out if anyone out there had applied for a PR Card from outside Canada? Or do you have to be in Canada to apply for it?
I am currently in US for the past year.
I read the application and it seems you need to be in Canada to apply for it?? I have my original IMM 1000 papers with me and am planning to make another trip next month.
Also, does it help if you hire a lawyer to do it for you? Would it be faster? If so does anyone have any references they can share with us??
