Applying for Passport, Plz Help

1. Do I need to provide my Alien Registration# (Q#6) on the passport application form even though I am a citizen now?

2. What copies I must make of my original documents before I reach the window at the post office?

3. I will be applying for my and my son's passport at the same time. Since they need to keep my original Naturalization Certificate, how will I be able to prove my son's eligibility for the US passport?

FYI, I did not put down my A#.
