Applying for new H4 in Chennai

Hello Guru's

I am sure you Gurus can suggest and get me out of dilemma. I am planning to get married in December and as well as to send my Wife to Chennai Consulate for a H4 VISA.

Here is my Status, I came to US in Aug-2000 with Company A, but I was on the bench till May 2001, (i.e. no Pay Stubs or W2 in 2000), I got a job for 5 months in 2001 and again I came on Bench for the rest for 3 months till Jan 2002.

I changed to Company (B) for a new job in feb2002, then I am on Payroll till Dec2002 , then i moved to permanent position on to Client side Company (C), working till date.

I have W2 for 2001 for 5 months, W2 for 2002 for 11 months and all year 2003.

Here are the Questions..

1) Do they count all of my stay in US to give H4?.
2) I have changed 3 Companies so far, do I need to submit all companies I-797 , LCA's etc..,,or just the Current and the One before?..
3) What are the chances of getting H4?.
4) Don't even think about it
5) Any suggestions, advises...,

Right now situvations at chennai consulate is different .. They might look the whole stay of usa .. Your case is bit difficult and for more Question and answer pls look in to chennai_consulate@yahoogroups.com.. Our guys are ran in to this type of problems and they are talking more 0n this..
