Applying for L1 B visa while holding H1 B for a different employer

Hello,

This is my situation:
I had a H1 B visa for company A which is vaild till Apr 25 2009.
I did a H1 B Visa transfer with extension to another company B on Dec 10,2008.
Now, I am still working for company A and they want to apply for a L1 B visa for me

I have the below questions:
1. When I leave US, at the port of exit, which I-94 should I submit? The I-94 associated with the H1 for company A (OR) the I 94 associated with the H1 for company B?

2. Will I face any issues (OR) will company A come to know of the H1 transfer when it applies for the L1 B visa?

Please help me in clarifying these issues.
