Applying for iEAD at Local INS office @ San Jose

Need help with address of Local INS office at San Jose. I plan to go tomorrow, whats the best time. ?
My wife\'s EAD and AP application were lost by INS .. my lawyers have now given me the necessary papers that show we had applied earlier. Anybody in a similar situation ?

EAD experience at Local INS @San Jose.

Today I went in early ( by my standards at 3:30 am to the Monterrey rd. San Jose location. Was around 50th or so in line. Was called in at 10:30 am.

I was told that I could not appy for my wife\'s iEAD even though the INS has lost my wife\'s I-765 Receipt Notice ( My attorney claims she has filed it and has a check and mail stubs to prove it)...no amount of pleading with the officer could get him to understand the situation and I was politely refused.

Posting this just as an FYI ... for people who have lost/did not get the Receipt Notice and went in to apply for iEAD after 90 days ( counted from the Receipt Date of my ( direct benificiay\'s RD ---I already fot my EAD and AP).

I now plan on re-applying via mail and wait for it to take its own course.
