My I-140 was approved on May 26, 2006 and my PD (Dec. 05, 2005 - EB1-EA will be current on June 1, 2006). I am going to apply for I-485 on June 1st, 2006. I have a question.
I don't have the birth certificate and was wondering what I should submit as a substitute for it?
