Applying for H4 in London

Hi,
Is it possible for applying for H4 visa in London. I am on H1-b visa in USA. My wife is working in London on work permit. and she is citizen of india. Currently she is having bussiness visa to USA. Is it possible for her to go to H4 visa in London consulate. And what are the required documents.

OR
My current visa is expiring in Aug 2003 and i moved to diffent company a year ago.
is it possible to send For H4 in america like visa revalidation in USA. sending to st.louis. As she is not having H4 visa previously.
Please let me know if any one is having any ideas.

No she cannot do H4 revalidation at St. Louis.
She should be able to get H4 visa at US consulate at London, if you have all the documents (including copy of your LCA, letter from employer requesting H4 visa, marriage docs etc.).
