Hello all...I need to know if we can apply for H1B without the help of an attorney. If we can how safe is it? I already have an approved LCA. If i need an attorney kindly let me know the attornet info u guyz know like their email or phone and the fee they charge??

If i were you, I'll let company pay for that. If they refused it , will change the company. Decent company does not let employees pay for H1 and attorney.
