I have a very unique problem. I already have got an approved H1B petition, the problem is in the "Notice of Approval - I797" my DOB is printed incorrectly. The attorney has applied for a correction using the I824 form. The approval for which may take over 1year.
I would like to know if I could apply for a new H1B petition through another employer?
