I'm a US citizen and was going to aply to sponsor my sister as mi sibling. I know that this would take 10 to 12 years.
At the same time she has an oportunity for an H1b visa that would give her up to 6 years to stay in the US.
for those 4-6 years between year $6 and #11or 12, Is there any way to extend that H1B until the PERM application is approved???
