Applying for H1 Visa

I need some guidance from senior forum people. I am applying H1B Visa next year. Currently i am in South Korea working in xxx company.
I want to know about good consultants there.
I have 5 years work experience.
What documents are requirred for applying for H1b visa.
please suggest.
