Hi Guys,
My situ. is that , I am in US on H1 and my fiancee is in INDIA.
An Employer is filing her H1 in April 07.
But we are getting married in AUGUST & she is planning to come over to US in the same month by filing for her H4 visa and getting it stamped in INDIA in August 07.
I want to know as to should there be any problems in such a case?
