Applying for Green Card Independently on L1-A Visa

Since I have too much time to kill today, I'll give you answer one more time.
No, you can not apply w/o sponsor considering you are on L1A which is most likely for international managers.
EB1 has 3 sub categories and ONLY EB1A is allowed to file GC w/o sponsor, but those people must be famous artists like Pablo Picaso, outstanding athlete like Manny Ramirez, or distinguished scientist like Albert Einstein.
NIW is a little loose in criteria, however, you have to show a lot of documents(papers, patents, articles) to prove you are outstanding. Not for L1A in general.

The best you can do is skipping LC stage, but you sponsor has to file I-140.
