Applying for green card after traveling with refugee travel passport

Hello,
I was granted an asylum June,2012. I had to travel abroad because of medical reasons, I obtained refugee travel passport and was absent from US for 5 weeks. I left in January and came back in February 2013. Does that effect filing times for green card, how do you count one year now, is it from the date of granted asylum or last date of arrival?

I traveled before my GC last year and I had no problems. Uscis counts one year from the date you were granted asylum. Since you were gone for a month, instead of filing your i485 in june, file it in july: a year + month you were gone.

What date did you put in your application, for the date of last arrival? Also I need to send I-94 copy, they gave me new one at the airport when I arrived, do I send old one or new?

Send a copy of both. I94 asylum granted and the one DHS gave you at the airport. The i485 asks for LAST ARRIVAL, which means THE LAST TIME YOU ENTERED THE COUNTRY.

I am wating for mine too, applied on feb 8th, 2013.
