I am a greencard (DV) holder since 3/2006. If i marry a girl (F1 status), who is in USA (since 12/2007), then how do i, or can she apply for PR as well and if yes how long will it take?
You can file an I-130 for her, but it will take 5-7 years for a visa to become available for her, and she will probably have difficulty re-entering in F-1 status before then. Better to wait until you become a citizen.
