Applying For GC with Pre approved labour

Hi,

Does anyboby has any information on how this thing works. I talked to some company and the guy over there said that he has couple of pre approved labours. After I join them they will file for I140 and I485 once I will be on their payroll for 3-4 months.

Now my question is :
1. What is the process of using pre approved labour ??
2. Do I need to be on the companys payroll for couple of months before they can file for I140, or Can they just file in a week or 2 weeks time once I join them ??
3. Does INS gives 3-4 months (probably more since he already has couple of pre approved labour + time I will spend joining them ) after labour approval to come back and apply for I140 ??

1. The qualifications and job escription on the pre-approved labor has to match exactly with urs.
2. you dont even have to join them for them to start the I-140-I485
3. yes u r allowed to hold onto the approved labour for some time.

It is a "Product Wrapper", I know some shops refused to use it. they are using original papers for their products that are acceptable.
