Applying for EAD/AP renewal

I had my 1st EAD/AP approved in Feb 2004. I had applied 485/140/EAD/AP back in Oct 2003.

When is the right time to apply for EAD/AP Renewal?

It takes about 30 -90 day officially to process an EAD case so you are better of applying atleast 4 months before your current EAD expires - Thus if you have not recieved your renewal in 90 days, you can go get an interim on the 91st day.

You can renew EAD within 180 days before its expiration. so when Gorilla says 6 months...you can read it either "from today" or "before its expiration date".
