Applying for EAD and AP on my own ...

Hi All,

My Labor Cert was approved a couple of weeks back and I am concurrently filing for my I-140 and I-485 now. But, my employer is not willing to apply for my EAD and AP. And I cannot use the company lawyer for filing my EAD and AP too.

Can I apply for my EAD and AP on my own without any lawyer's processing/help by just filling up the applications and sending the necessary fee's to INS ?.

Has anyone else ever applied for his EAD and AP on his own ?.

I131 and I765 forms can be done by applicants . Wait for I485 receipt
