Hi all, those who had experience with it , can you tell if its a good idea to apply for citizenship while i751 is still pending ? I qualify to apply based on being 3 years on green card and married for 3 years , but haven't received 10 year GC. Really appreciate your experience in this matter .

Go ahead and apply. You are allowed to apply while the I-751 is pending.
They can't approve your citizenship while the I-751 is pending, but sometimes the N-400 filing wakes them up into approving your long-pending I-751.

If they are both pending at time of naturalization interview, they are supposed to be adjudicated together (with the I-751 being finalized immediate before the natz application).
