Hi Guys,
Can you please help me with the following?

I got my Greencard through my employer in May ,2006 and now i am planning to apply for citisenship(90 days prior to 5th year anniversary).I have a questions.

1: My GC sponsered employer(Employer A) terminated me in October 2005.They gave me a hint about this termination couple of months in advance. So i started looking for a job and got one with a new employer(Employer B) in September last week it self and i joined them on EAD but never applied AC21.So technicaly i worked for both the employers for about couple of weeks on EAD.

2: Then i got my GC approved in May 2006 while i was working with Employer B without appling AC21(So never applied AC21).

Would this have any issues with my Citizenship process? Please let me know.

Apprciate your help.

How long had your I-485 been pending by the time you got a job with employer B? Less than 180 days or more than 180 days?

I joined the employer B after 2 years of applying for I-485.So more than 180 days.So i have concerns about the following 2.

1: Would working for 2 employers for 2 weeks cause any issues during the citizenship process(N400 application has employment history with MONTH/DATE/YEAR)?
2: Joined Employer B without applying AC21.So never applied for AC21 till i get my GC.

Also Would i have to show the exact dates on form N400 about the past employment?

Please let me know.Appreciate your help.

You are allowed to work for multiple simultaneous employers with an EAD, so the overlapping dates won't be an issue.

You are not necessarily required to file anything with USCIS to take advantage of AC21. Filing AC21 is to protect yourself from the employer revoking the I-140. If the employer didn't ask USCIS to revoke, it's OK if you didn't file anything for AC21, as long as your job change otherwise satisfied the AC21 criteria ("same or similar" etc.).

Hi Guys,
Have one more question as i am sending my N400 application nextweek.
I have many employers in last 5 years as i have been working as an independent contractor(multiple small gigs), i will have to attach a Continuation sheet just for the employment section.
So should i fill my remaining employee information by just filling the employee section page(PART 6B of Page 3) from a fresh/Second N400 form and attach/put it to next to PAGE3 of Main N400 application?
Please let me know.
Appreciate your help.

I started on the actual N400 form and then attached a word document saying WORK EXPERIENCE CONTINUED and used the same format to list the other jobs. Include it right behind the employment page.

Just write one line with "independent contractor" or "self employed" or "freelance programmer/engineer/management consultant/whatever you are". As an independent contractor, you're not expected to list the individual clients. You didn't have many employers -- you were not their employee, you were a contractor.
