Hello.
I am in the process of applying for citizenship but heard that the process takes long and I need to visit my family for 2 months oversea. Can I apply for re-entry permit the same time I am applying for citizen because I need to fly ASAP after the permit come in.
What should be the good idea? fly oversea first, come back and then file N-400?
I am a green card holder for 10 years. Is it more faster to get the citizenship through immigration lawyer?
I read about re-entry permit and it say that only need if the person is staying outside the US over a year. does this mean if I'm only going for 2 months, I don't need a permit? If not, then what form or documents do I use?
Thank you.
