Hi Everyone,
my I-485 is pending since 2003. When applying for I-485, I also applied for EAD/parole. my h1 was valid, so I traveled to india using h1 in 2004. I am renewing my ead every year but never renewed my AP. now I want to travel to India. So ....
1> Do i need to apply for new Advanced parole or renewal?
I don't see any option of renewing AP option.
2> In part 2 of application form, which option do i select? . I have read that AP was denied because something else was check marked.
do i select option #d ( I am applying for an advance parole document to allow me to return to the United States after temporary foreign travel.)
3> Part 3 states that if you are applying for Advance parole then skip to part 7. But I have approved and expired parole . Where do i write that my parole was approved but never renewed?
4> Do i need to send original AP back or just copies?
Which address do I need to send Application? I have my I-485 pending at nebraska .
do i send to following address or diff?
